The subtle, nutty flavor of quinoa goes well with steamed salmon and Moroccan spices.

  • 2 cups Cilantro, leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Red chile flakes

  • 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
  • 1 Kosher salt
